Who Owns A Mini-Horse?

New ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulations went into effect March 15. The regulations include the use of a mini-horse to provide help (I have no idea how) to people with disabilities.

Imagine going to a Twins game and seeing a mini-horse sitting in your section! Would that look odd or what! Or going over to someone’s house and seeing a mini-horse sitting by the door!

I have never seen a mini-horse before (though I’d really love to see one!). So I have a few questions for whoever owns or has seen a mini-horse. What do they look like? How do they help disabled people? If you own one, what is your opinion of it?
